“Most of my practice has incorporated a lot of deep therapeutic work. I have found over the years, it is the more subtle work that creates the biggest and most long-term changes within individuals.
With the use of various styles of bodywork, energy, and essential oils, I hope to assist my clients in reconnecting with the health they once knew.”
Modalities include but are not limited to: gentle myofascial release (John Barnes method), deep tissue, Energy Work, Reflexology, integrative, Shiatsu, doTerra oils
Tonya Hughes has been a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist for 4 years. She uses her skills to listen to the body of the client to facilitate releases of constricted tissue and to nurture an overall sense of relaxation and expansion. Her foundation for providing massage and bodywork is honoring the inherent connection of body, mind, and spirit. Her clients often express gratitude for her peaceful, nurturing, and flowing style. Tonya is very personable and authentic in her relations with others which aids in putting others at ease and greatly enhances the relaxation response.
